Patented system
Having each factory its own peculiarities in terms of plant type, production systems and geographical location, NEFERTUM allows to standardize some operational stages and consequently achieve the abatement of pollutant.
Results of tests on emission abatement and reduction of odors carried out in a cast iron foundry with gaseous flow of 80.000 +- 90.000 Nm3/h .

In this way, it is possible to offer a highly qualified service for all types of industries, but most of all for foundries.
Especially within the production of cast iron and aluminium, and ferrous materials in general, the "Best available techniques" (BAT) soecific to the sector are particularly relevant and grant the application of several systems.
However, we believe that there is no univocal system, but instead it is necessary to take advantage of already existing performances of multiple technologies in order to achieve the best result with the appropriate economic impact.
Starting from the experience gaines directly on the field with tests carried out in a foundry, and the excellent results obtained, we were able to define NEFERTUM guidelines and formalize the relative practical procedure.
